Got it. One of us reads every one of these, usually within a day or two. If it is urgent, say so and email directly.

Something went wrong and we did not receive that. Email us directly below rather than retyping it.

What happens next

First
A person reads it. Not a form, not an autoresponder, and not later than a couple of days.
Then
If it is something we can help with, we reply with what we actually think, including when the answer is that you do not need us.
If it goes further
A call, then a short written version of what we understood and what it would take. Nothing long, nothing with a stock photo in it.
