These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you visit or use onerollstudios.com (the "site"), operated by One Roll Studios LLP ("One Roll Studios", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About this site

This site is an informational and portfolio website. It tells you about the studio, shows selected work, lists products we are building, and gives you ways to get in touch. We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we make no promise that the content is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.

No engagement is formed by the site

Contacting us, joining a waitlist, or subscribing does not create a client relationship and does not commit either of us to a project. Any actual work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that we both sign. If anything in such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, that signed agreement controls for that work.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the One Roll Studios name and brand, belong to us or to the people we license them from, and are protected by applicable laws. Client work shown on the site is displayed with permission and remains the property of the respective owners. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the studio or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or its data;
• interfere with how the site works, including through scraping, automated abuse, or attacks;
• submit false information or use the forms for spam or anything other than genuine enquiries.

Links to other sites

The site links to external websites, including the live work of our clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Paid subscription services

Some of our services are offered as paid monthly subscriptions (for example, website hosting and care plans for client sites, such as the Site Plan). Where a subscription is billed through a payments partner acting as merchant of record, that partner processes the payment, applies any taxes required by law, and issues the receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months or periods already billed, but charges made in error or duplicate charges are refunded in full; write to us at hello@onerollstudios.com and we will resolve it within 7 business days.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you share through the site. Please read it to understand our data practices.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
