Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how One Roll Studios LLP ("One Roll Studios", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you visit onerollstudios.com (the "site") or contact us through it. We keep what we collect to the minimum we actually need, and we do not sell your data.

Who we are

One Roll Studios LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. Our registered office is at House No. 206, Srinath Enclave, Bicholi Mardana, Indore 452016, Madhya Pradesh, India, and we operate from Gurugram, Haryana. What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, the subject line, and your message.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Product waitlists: your email address, and which product you signed up for.

When you submit any of these forms, we also record your IP address and a few basic technical details (your browser's user-agent string and the page you came from) alongside the submission, to help prevent abuse and follow up correctly. You choose what to send us. If you email us directly, we also receive whatever is in that email.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It gives us aggregate figures like page views and rough visitor counts. It does not set tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you across other websites.
• Bot protection: our forms can use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile is designed to avoid the tracking that traditional CAPTCHAs rely on.
• Security and operations: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser information to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary tokens to keep the site secure and to run bot protection on forms. Because we do not use tracking cookies, there is no cookie consent banner to click through.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work.
• To send you the studio updates or waitlist news you signed up for.
• To run, maintain, and secure the site.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or sign up, and for the limited legitimate uses permitted under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, such as responding to a request you have voluntarily made to us. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will stop the related processing.

How we store it and who can see it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's platform. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only as far as they need it:

• Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, the database, analytics, and bot protection.
• Our email provider, so we can read and reply to your messages.

These providers run on global infrastructure, so your data may be processed on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for the data they handle. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them for the conversation and follow-up, generally up to 24 months after our last meaningful exchange, plus any period the law requires us to keep records. We keep newsletter and waitlist emails until you ask us to remove you. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• unsubscribe from updates at any time by emailing us;
• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update, or erase it;
• withdraw consent you have given;
• raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to (for example, in the event of death or incapacity).

To make any of these requests, or to raise a grievance, write to hello@onerollstudios.com, which is our grievance contact. We will respond within a reasonable time. If we do not resolve your grievance, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is meant for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and to fix issues if they come up.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
