Site Plan

The Site Plan is a monthly subscription from One Roll Studios LLP for websites we build and manage for our clients. It covers what a site needs to stay online, fast, and secure. Each client site is billed as its own subscription under this plan (for example, "Gramika Site Plan" for gramika.org).

The Site Plan is the infrastructure layer under sites we have built and maintain. It is not our design and build offer: for new product, brand, or AI work, reach us through the contact page.

What the plan includes

• Managed hosting on a global content delivery network, so the site loads fast for visitors anywhere.
• SSL security with certificates provisioned and renewed automatically.
• Uptime monitoring of the live site.
• Enquiry capture: contact and waitlist forms, with every lead stored and delivered to the client's team.
• Platform upkeep: keeping the hosting, SSL, and form infrastructure the site runs on healthy.
• Email support from the One Roll Studios team for anything related to the site.

The plan covers hosting and the infrastructure above. Website changes, new pages, new features, and content updates are separate work, quoted and billed on request.

Pricing

USD 25 per month per website, plus applicable taxes. Sites with heavier requirements may be quoted a custom monthly price before subscribing. Payment is collected monthly through our payments partner, Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record for these subscriptions: they process the charge, apply any taxes required by law, and issue the payment receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Billing and cancellation

• The plan is billed monthly in advance from the date of the first payment.
• You can cancel at any time by writing to us at hello@onerollstudios.com or through the payment provider's subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• When the plan ends, hosting and the included services stop at the end of the paid period. We hand over the site's code and content on request.

Refunds

This is a monthly service, so we do not offer refunds for partial months or for periods already billed. If a charge is made in error, or you are billed twice for the same period, write to us and we will refund it in full. Refund requests are handled within 7 business days.
